Details, details, details. Such care and attention had gone into everything that it couldn't have turned out better.

I started crying at work. I am such a nerd. The pictures are amazing- you captured so many special details.

1600 votive candles, are you kidding? That was the backdrop for the spectacular altar set up, that together with the white horse, the dancing troop and the bill board sized beauty treatment photo made for a great finale. Luckily I was just heading out as the line dancing began so this fabulous weekend wasn't spoilt by the YMCA!

First time for me shooting a Sikh wedding (from watching Indian cricket I always thought it was pronounced "seek" but have now learnt that "sick" is also acceptable) so it was an educational shoot too. Beautiful colors and fabrics, very cool music mixed with a fair amount of solemnity made for another great experience. I love this shot of the Granthi reading from Guru Granth Sahib.

This wedding shoot consisted of four separate events over three days and each one was a pleasure to photograph. The great thing about a multi event shoot is that I get to know the families and guests a lot more than usual which makes shooting them a lot more enjoyable and I'm very happy how the photos convey the colors, moods and excitement of the weekend. I'm looking forward to getting to know Nina & Arvin better through the album making process. Cheers to all your family for making my job more like playtime.
